Our Outstanding Management Team
Michael Horgan
President
Jim Horgan, Mike’s father, ran the company for 40 years until he handed over the company to Mike in 1990. New services like landscaping design / installation, snow plowing, carpet cleaning, floor waxing / buffing, power washing, and a handyman division was included after Mike took over the company.
In order to focus on new business development, operational improvement, continuous commitment to customer service, and expansion of real estate services, he developed a management team. As part of the Horgan Enterprises family atmosphere, they continue to embrace long-term employees, customers, and suppliers.
Dan Horgan
Director
To help improve customer communication, business development, and financial planning, Dan returned to the family business after holding executive positions with High Tech and Event Marketing firms. His goal is to translate his skills into satisfied customers, expanding the type of services we offer, and a sound financial base to ensure we finish the jobs that we start.
Carlos Diaz
Supervisor
Carlos is responsible for all commercial cleaning and residential snow removal operations. He joined the company in 1999 and most of our field staff members have been recruited by him. You will often see him or his staff smiling when they meet you at your property as he has taken the responsibility of handling all field service calls. His ever positive attitude helps create a culture to get the job done well for both our customers and our staff.
